Daphi is a family-organisation app with an AI assistant: shared calendar, school schedules, tasks, lists and related features, accessible via daphi.ai. It is operated from Switzerland.
Daphi is currently in beta and provided free of charge. Features may change, and occasional interruptions or imperfections are part of a product under active development. If we later introduce paid plans, existing users will be informed by email in advance — nothing will be charged without your explicit sign-up.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or overload the platform, no automated scraping, and no use of the AI assistant beyond reasonable personal family use (fair-use limits apply to keep the service healthy for everyone).
Your family's content remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it anytime and request deletion of your space.
The assistant is a helpful organiser, not an oracle: it can make mistakes (dates, interpretations, suggestions). Please review important entries — especially appointments and anything health- or school-critical. Daphi is not a substitute for professional advice.
We work hard to keep Daphi reliable (encrypted EU hosting, hourly backups, monitoring), but a beta service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; in any case it is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months (currently: zero, as the beta is free).
You may stop using Daphi and request deletion of your space at any time. We may suspend spaces that violate these terms, after warning where reasonable.
The Daphi name, design and software are the property of Daphi. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your family.
These terms are governed by Swiss law; place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, mandatory consumer venues reserved.
